Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Logistics Program Manager to own a critical supply chain and logistics program. You will stand up and operate key reporting functions, monitor health, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain or reverse logistics, with experience in international shipping, RMA, supplier management, analytics, dashboards, and strong Excel. Hardware program exposure and RMA experience are a plus.

Duration: 6 months + possible extensions

Compensation: 65-70hr

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical supply chain and logistics program, ensuring that all functions are operating efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for owning oversight, standing up and operating key reporting functions, mitigating issues, and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 3+ years of experience managing programs related to supply chain and reverse logistics

  • Experience with logistics components such as international shipping, return material authorization, on time delivery management
  • Experience with supplier management

• Experience owning analytics and reporting, including creation of data sources and dashboards

  • Strong Excel experience

• Experience standing up and enhancing program processes, and providing centralized structure to accurately track health of the program

NICE TO HAVE

• RMA experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing programs involving hardware preferred
