Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a qualified Inventory & Operations Associate to manage inventory for front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy. You will review reports, maintain stock levels, and uphold asset protection standards.

The role involves opening/closing responsibilities in designated stores, ensuring store readiness, and supporting warehouse/vendor processes.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in retail or Walgreens (internal candidates)
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy workflows
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns
• Conduct price changes, markdowns, and ensure correct signage
• Open and close store in absence of management with cash handling responsibilities
• Manage receipts, deliveries, and vendor returns in store
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure planogram compliance
