Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to manage inventory across front-end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms. You will verify postings, support warehousing, and ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and stock in all departments.

You will also engage customers, model service best practices, and assist with checkout duties when leading the shift. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required, with emphasis on accuracy and multitasking.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens retail experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store and pharmacy. Ensure accurate on-hand balances, pricing, and planograms.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and applications affecting front-end and pharmacy inventory.
• Support asset protection, handling overages/shortages, and invoicing related to inventory.
• Open/close responsibilities in designated stores, including cash handling and POS duties.
