Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to manage and train inventory processes across both front-end and pharmacy, ensuring accuracy of on-hand balances, pricing, and planograms. The role involves receiving, counting, and returning stock, plus maintaining asset protection and compliance with store procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring reports, aiding in pricing changes, and supporting cash handling and POS tasks as the leader on duty when required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in retail or Walgreens (internal candidates)
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy
• Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering and returns
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and manage planograms accuracy
• Review reports and systems affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and filing claims for overages/shortages
