Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to manage store inventory across front end and pharmacy, while delivering excellent customer service and operational support. You will review reports, handle pricing, and ensure accurate planograms and stock counts.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store as needed, assisting with vendor deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy through disciplined processes. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of external retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes inventory management processes in store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Reviews and coordinates use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Operates asset protection procedures and vendor overage/shortage reporting.
• Opens/closes store as needed in absence of store management, with cash handling responsibilities.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and models strong customer service.
• Coaches team on inventory and vendor receiving, scanning deliveries, and price updates.
• Performs pricing changes, markdowns, and ensures correct signage.
• Supports ordering and maintains consigned inventory and stores inventory accuracy.
