Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory Associate to manage store and pharmacy inventory, conduct pricing updates, and support asset protection. The role includes receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns, plus ensuring accurate planograms and on-shelf availability.

The incumbent will engage in front-end and pharmacy inventory processes, collaborate with store teams, and support daily operations including opening/closing duties as needed in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Reviews and coordinates the use of reports and system applications impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
