Job summary

Walgreens in Wyckoff, NJ seeks an Inventory & Operations Associate to support front-end and pharmacy inventory, pricing, planograms, and asset protection. You will execute receiving, counting, ordering, and returns, and help ensure on-shelf availability while maintaining accurate records and smooth store operations.

In this role you will engage customers, assist with shipments, assist in closing/opening, and coach team on inventory processes under the pharmacist-in-charge.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens or one year in retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Manage pricing, planograms, and on-shelf availability.
• Open/close store in absence of management and handle cash and POS tasks where required.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and ensure accuracy.
• Support pharmacy inventory postings, recalls, and jeopardy disposals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with state/local laws.
• Assist in physical inventory preparations and audits.
