Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the entire store including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Manage front end and pharmacy asset protection and handle vendor overages/shortages/damages.
• Open/close the store as leader on duty in designated stores; manage cash handling and POS tasks.
• Support inventory processes including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.
