Job summary

Walgreens in New York is seeking an Inventory Associate to execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy. You will assist with receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy, upholding on-shelf availability.

You will engage customers, support store operations, and help manage deliveries, pricing, and inventory counts under supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team on inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries and ensures accurate posting of pharmacy shipments under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintains inventory counts and pricing accuracy across front end and pharmacy.
• Supports price changes, markdowns, and shelf signage to ensure compliant store pricing.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability (OSA) tasks and vendor returns.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures and cash handling as required.
• Engages customers and resolves issues to maintain a positive experience.
