Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking an Inventory Management professional to execute and monitor inventory best practices across store and pharmacy operations. You will support receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validations while ensuring On-Shelf Availability and accurate postings for pharmacy shipments.

The role involves reviewing reports, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with pricing tasks, asset protection, and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute front end and pharmacy pricing, asset protection, and returns processes.
• Open/close store in absence of management and handle POS and cash duties.
• Manage On-Shelf Availability and perform warehouse/DSD inventory tasks and pharmacy postings.
