Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store inventory associate to manage and train on inventory best practices for both front end and pharmacy. The role supports receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy while ensuring On-Shelf Availability and proper price postings.

You will engage customers, lead by example on service quality, and help the team achieve accurate stock levels, pricing, and adherence to procedures across departments.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory management processes across front end and pharmacy.
• Open/close the store in designated stores and handle cash responsibilities.
• Coordinate pricing, planograms, and shelf availability.
• Train and coach team on inventory systems and processes.
• Serve as a liaison between management and staff for tasks.
