Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in retail or similar environment.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store, front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform asset protection tasks and processing vendor/shelf discrepancies and returns.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management where required, including cash handling.
• Engage customers and model service best practices to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and coach inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and scanning deliveries.
