Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and execute.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems that affect on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Execute and maintain asset protection, handle returns, and manage vendor overages/damages.
• Open/close the store when needed, handle cash, operate the POS, and prep for the day.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service standards to deliver a positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including orders and deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling of pharmacy shipments and postings, recalls, and stock transfers.
• Perform end-to-end On-Shelf Availability tasks, including disposals and returns across departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and compliance with laws for regulated products.
• Support pricing activities, changes, and signage accuracy.
• Assist with general store operations, packing, deliveries, and pickup program adherence.
