Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate responsible for inventory accuracy for both front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms. You will review reports, oversee asset protection, and support pricing tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations.

In designated stores, you may open/close the store, handle cash duties, and assist with delivery scanning and pickup programs, all while maintaining excellent customer service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail or Walgreens experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory processes for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Handle asset protection tasks and vendor/warehouse overages/shortages.
• Open/close store in designated locations when required.
• Scan deliveries, manage One Box receiving, and coordinate vendor returns.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings of orders daily.
• Maintain planograms, pricing changes, and shelf availability.
• Assist with pickup program and package deliveries.
