Job summary

The role covers asset protection, order creation/receiving, and daily pricing tasks under supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory practices for store and pharmacy.
• Supports inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Ensures On-Shelf Availability and planogram accuracy.
• Reviews reports and system apps affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Executes front end and pharmacy asset protection; files claims for overages/shortages.
• Opens/closes store in absence of management; handles cash and POS duties.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and delivers a positive experience.
• Coaches team on warehouse/vendor inventory processes and order receiving.
