• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices for the store (front end and pharmacy).
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and POS duties where applicable.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and supports delivering a positive customer experience.
• Coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes, pricing, and stock management.
