Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens retail experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor store inventory processes across front end and pharmacy.
• Receive, count, price, and process returns; ensure planogram accuracy.
• Review reports and system applications impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Support asset protection, cash handling, and open/close duties when required.
• Manage warehouse and vendor deliveries, including scanning and shortages reporting.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and comply with state regulations for regulated products.
• Coach team on inventory systems and participate in physical inventory prep.
