Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to manage and train inventory practices across both front-end and pharmacy. You will oversee receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy while ensuring On-Shelf Availability and reporting accuracy for front-end and pharmacy on-hand balances.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of prior retail experience (external).
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store-wide including front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Maintain On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and planogram accuracy.
• Review reports and systems affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close store in designated locations and manage cash handling as needed.
• Assist with pricing changes, markdowns, and regulatory pricing tasks.
