Job summary

Warner Bros. Worldwide Studio Tours and Retail division in Chicago is seeking an Inventory Operations role to support the Harry Potter store. You will handle non-customer facing tasks around inventory integrity, product customization, and merchandising, while engaging guests to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, stock transfers, personalization tasks, and ensuring planograms and orders are accurate. Flexibility for a varied schedule incl.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of business and financial concepts related to retail operations.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and positive attitude with customers and team.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidance from ASM and Lead to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with associates to ensure high service and efficiency.
• Participate in training and apply brand/product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
• Adhere to dress code and brand standards in inventory areas.
• Be punctual and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and stock transfers.
• Support inventory management and replenishment as needed.
• Assist personalization of products using personalization machines.
• Support visual teams with planograms and stock placements.
• Ensure personalization orders are accurate and timely.
• Drive daily sales by engaging customers and supporting sales initiatives.
• Improve UPT and APT through proactive service.
