Job summary

You will engage with guests to enhance their shopping experience, assist with cycle counts and stock placements, support planograms, and help reach daily sales goals while maintaining brand standards and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.
• Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidance from the ASM and Lead; work effectively with associates.
• Support inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock transfers.
• Assist with product customization using personalization machines.
• Help maintain planograms and merchandising standards.
• Contribute to achieving daily sales goals through customer engagement and service.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and adherence to brand standards.
