Warner Bros. Discovery in Chicago is seeking a store leadership professional to drive guest engagement and sales at the Harry Potter Chicago store. You will coach staff, manage staffing plans, and partner with the assistant manager to implement store strategies.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining standards, and upholding brand experiences in a best-in-class retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in premium retail (retail management preferred).
• Exhibited proficiency for business acumen with exceptional customer service experience.
• Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.
• Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coaches store employees to meet all expectations.
• Supports staffing and zoning plan for all associates within the store.
• Serve as lead point of contact for the store for all employees.
• Works closely with the store's assistant manager in strategies, core focuses and procedures.
• Promotes a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Helps promote the steps of service including leading by example.
• Strategizes with management on guest issue resolution to maintain service standards.
