Job summary

EMSAR, a national technical services company, is seeking a Materials Management Coordinator I to support order entry, inventory control and data reporting. You will help purchase from OEM programs, manage tool inventory and process returns under supervision.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and basic Microsoft Office skills. Travel is limited to under 10%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow defined work processes and instructions.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, completes the Order Entry process.
• Identify part numbers to enter into the database.
• Processes returns per client contract under supervision.
• Purchase from OEM Purchase program.
• Manage technician tool inventory and generate reports.
