Actalent is seeking an Inventory Specialist to standardize material handling operations across North American sites and provide technical leadership for inventory processes. You will analyze inventory data, work with logistics partners, and ensure data integrity to minimize manufacturing impacts.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory management or manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Business-related degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience in inventory management or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with inventory analysis and cycle counts.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and standardize internal material handling operations across North America sites.
• Support inventory analysis and data-driven decision making with logistics partners and plant departments.
• Maintain accuracy of systems supporting production operation standards and parts availability.
• Validate department readiness to meet manufacturing goals and keep operations smooth.
• Review and maintain daily inventory and production reports and resolve onsite issues.
