Job summary

GSM Outdoors seeks an Inventory & Manufacturing Integration Analyst to support multi-site manufacturing and inventory operations. You will analyze production and inventory data, maintain ERP/WMS accuracy, and standardize processes across facilities.

This role collaborates with Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and IT to improve data integrity and reporting for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating operational data into

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of experience in inventory analysis, manufacturing support, supply chain analytics, or multi-site operational coordination.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems, data accuracy, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting or data analysis tools.
Experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

Analyze inventory and production transactions, variances, and trends to identify discrepancies and support accurate reporting.
Monitor data accuracy to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Provide data-driven insights to support manufacturing performance and leadership decisions.
Assist with inventory reconciliation and costing analysis with relevant teams.
