Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Logistics, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related discipline.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and inventory transactions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (citizens, green card holders, asylees or refugees).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records within ERP/MRP systems.
• Execute cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track material movement across warehouse and production areas to ensure system alignment with physical inventory.
• Evaluate and continuously improve inventory control procedures and transaction processes.
• Analyze transaction errors to identify key drivers and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate root causes.
• Partner with production teams to drive adherence to standard processes and improve data accuracy.
• Contribute to initiatives that increase system reliability, enabling better production performance and reporting accuracy.
