Job summary

Novolex is seeking a data-driven Warehouse/Distribution Planner to lead daily wave planning, KPI tracking, and trend analysis at our Covington, VA site. The role requires leveraging SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and other systems to optimize operations and reporting accuracy.

You will manage receipts, queue administration, and safety/training reports while collaborating with shift managers and internal customers to ensure data integrity and timely insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Distribution/Warehouse Logistics, Supply Chain Operations or data driven environment
• APICS Certification preferred
• Ability to integrate information from multiple sources to develop an optimized work plan
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrates ability to work with a variety of individuals
• Advanced Excel reporting skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)

Responsibilities

• Create an efficient daily wave plan by understanding customer requirements, productivity, schedules and inventory flow
• Develop and analyze reports on operations methods, processes and equipment
• Create audit reports to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Track KPI metrics and analyze trends driving data
• Manage queue control and process system transactions
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly productivity reports and trend analyses
• Maintain professional communications with internal and external contacts
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Administer Safety & Training reports and coordinate data with shift managers
