Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
• Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
• Previous experience with SAP desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control including receiving stock orders from hub or warehouse and ensure accuracy of products received.
• Support sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including Omnichannel stock pullback.
• Keep back of house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
• Perform quality checks on all products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalization) to elevate client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and raise concerns as needed.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks and respond to calls and emails.
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and related duties.
