Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventory control including receiving stock orders and reporting discrepancies.
• Support sales by retrieving stock for Omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Maintain tidy back of house aligned with Retail Operations standards.
• Quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalization).
• Ensure stockroom equipment is working and escalate issues through Ask services.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and store events support.
• Ad hoc requests by store management to support events, merchandising, and stock-taking.
