Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience.
• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business/warehouse support teams.
• Ensures data accuracy across reports and dashboards; drives root-cause analysis of discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and manage ticketing systems to support reports and dashboards.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with high accuracy.
• Escalate issues per SLAs and coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coach the team on new techniques to improve efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inquiries.
