You will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including safety, quality, precision, collaboration, reporting, and reliability.**What You'll Be Doing:*** Work with the team to prioritize tasks and maintain various ticketing systems to support various reports and dashboards. Update the data fields on regular basis and ensure the data in the database is accurate. Ensure any change to the data fields is promptly reflected in all the related reports and dashboards.* Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are published on time and with 100% accuracy and maintain consistency.* Ensure adherence to outlined SLAs for department performance and work as the first escalation point for the related teams to resolve issues or expedite within the team.* Assist the team where necessary in resolving discrepancies and performing inventory investigations.
