Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate to manage store inventory and support pharmacy stock, pricing, and asset protection. You will help receive, count, price, and return merchandise while ensuring planograms are accurate and shelves are stocked for optimal availability.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, handling warehouse and vendor communications, and performing pricing updates. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store (front end and pharmacy).
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and ensure planogram accuracy across store inventory.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and process vendor overages and shortages.
