Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail or Walgreens experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store (front end and pharmacy).
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Manage on-shelf availability, planograms, pricing accuracy, and inventory returns.
• Open/close store in absence of management, handle cash, and ensure floor and stockroom readiness.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens customer service standards.
• Execute warehouse and vendor inventory processes: create, review, and receive orders; scan deliveries.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings and pharmacy recalls per policy; report shortages/damages.
• Complete end-to-end On-Shelf Availability (OSA) processes and perform tote audits.
• Maintain inventory counts across all areas; ensure compliance with state/local regulations.
