Job summary

CEMCO is seeking an Operations & Inventory Coordinator to streamline receiving, inventory control, and related administrative tasks. You will process NetSuite transactions, maintain accurate records, coordinate vendor activities, and support plant leadership with cross-functional duties.

This role requires hands-on warehouse work and clerical responsibilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar inventory focused role is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, identify, and distribute incoming goods to the appropriate departments and bin locations.
• Complete receiving, inventory allocations, and related transactions accurately in NetSuite.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and return documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory organization and overall inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate customer and vendor returns and perform occasional customer deliveries as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to plant leadership and other departments as business needs require.
