Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will monitor cycles, reconcile variances in our WMS, and work with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include daily inventory audits, reporting to leadership, and adherence to safety policies. You will operate RF scanners, support root-cause analysis, and participate in year-end

Qualifications

• Maintain safety procedures and a safety-first mindset.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using WMS.
• Monitor inbound/outbound movements and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Support root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Produce inventory-related reports for leadership review.
• Adhere to company policies and inventory control procedures.
• Operate RF scanners and related inventory-tracking tooling.
• Participate in physical counts and year-end audits.
