Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a detail‑oriented Operations Support Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, FL to bolster manufacturing workflows using NetSuite, MasterControl and Excel. You will monitor par levels, validate daily work orders, and keep the production tracker current to flag discrepancies.

Responsibilities include reviewing and releasing lots in NetSuite, ensuring BOM accuracy, and supporting quarterly inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and data entry.
• Familiarity with MasterControl for document control.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking production data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor par levels and work order status in NetSuite and MasterControl.
• Validate daily work orders for completeness and alignment with MasterControl records.
• Update the weekly Excel production tracker and flag discrepancies.
• Review and release manufacturing lots in NetSuite by converting them into assembly builds.
• Conduct QA checks on work orders, validating lot consumption, labor hours, and bill of materials accuracy; apply inventory adjustments as needed.
• Support quarterly physical inventory counts and reconcile system vs. physical inventory using Excel templates and NetSuite saved searches.
