Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations supporting semiconductor and industrial projects. • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material control, or inventory management.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff or daily warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and distribution processes.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, SCM, or inventory management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, staging, and distribution.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily workload.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, material identification, and traceability.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with project, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues, including inventory discrepancies, receiving/shipping issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain warehouse safety, organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
• Improve warehouse workflow, space utilization, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting semiconductor and industrial projects. This role is responsible for managing warehouse personnel, receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and distribution activities while ensuring materials are accurately tracked, properly stored, and available to support project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, staging, and distribution.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily workload and priorities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, material identification, and traceability.
• Conduct and oversee cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with Project, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues, including inventory discrepancies, receiving/shipping issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain warehouse safety, organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material control, or inventory management.
• Previous experience supervising warehouse employees or leading daily warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and distribution processes.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, SCM, or inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting project-based or construction-related material operations.
• Experience with warehouse process improvement, Lean, or 5S practices.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
