Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely coordination between internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, recounts, and warehouse location verification.
• Review inventory adjustments, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support investigation and resolution of customer inventory claims.
• Coordinate with internal departments and 3PL partners to track issues and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory documentation, reports, and SOPs.
• Prepare inventory reports, analyze operational data, and monitor KPIs for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and reporting processes.

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Support Coordinator - Inventory Operations to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate daily operational activities, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reports. The position combines project and operational support, inventory coordination, and data analysis, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

This position is ideal for an early-career professional with a background in supply chain, logistics, business operations, or project coordination who is comfortable working with data and supporting hands-on warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely coordination between internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, recounts, and warehouse location verification.
• Review inventory adjustments, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or expected) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience or relevant internship experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, project coordination, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and operational procedures quickly.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners.
• Willingness to perform hands-on inventory counts and verify inventory locations on the warehouse floor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese with colleagues and business partners.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory control processes.
• Experience in inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, or warehouse reporting.
• Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms, for data analysis or reporting.
• Interest in industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor-related supply chain operations.
