Job summary

GOAT Group in Fontana, CA is seeking an Inventory Team Lead to manage daily goals and strategic objectives in a high-volume warehouse, ensuring accuracy in inventory and fulfillment. You will drive shrink reduction and engage the team to uphold safety and teamwork.

Lead 10+ staff, coach on performance, and collaborate with Engineering to develop network solutions while implementing Quality Control SOPs. Flexible hours apply during peak periods; competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing 10+ staff

Responsibilities

• Understand daily goals and call out risks to meet targets
• Proactively work to increase employee engagement by modeling GOAT Group's core values and promoting safety and teamwork
• Oversee people management and development of the Inventory team, including coaching and performance
• Take full ownership of on-hands products in physical and systematic locations
• Utilize data to analyze trends and develop network solutions with Engineering
• Support SOP creation for Quality Control in Inventory
• Support 3–6 month headcount and succession visibility for Inventory
• Maintain flexibility for additional projects and evolving processes
• Work in a dynamic warehouse with heavy equipment
