Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an inventory associate in California to execute, monitor, and train in inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy. You will manage receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy while supporting on-shelf availability and daily store operations.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will verify postings, perform end-to-end inventory tasks, assist with pricing changes, and help maintain clean, well merchandised shelves.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens or retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to identify operational issues and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory best practices and SOPs for store and pharmacy.
• Assist with receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Maintain planograms accuracy and on-shelf availability.
• Support price changes and merchandising tasks.
• Open/close responsibilities in designated stores when needed.
• Coach and train team on inventory processes.
