Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking an Inventory and Operations teammate responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices across the entire store, including front end and pharmacy. You will support pharmacy inventory management such as receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns, and you will champion On-Shelf Availability while validating planograms.

You will review reports and system applications to ensure accurate front end and pharmacy on-hand

Qualifications

• Six months Walgreens experience or one year in retail preferred.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for store-wide operations including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and accurate planograms.
• Review reports and systems to maintain accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing.
• Manage front end and pharmacy asset protection and related claims.
• Open/close store as needed, handling cash and POS tasks.
• Coordinate pricing changes, markdowns, and pricing tasks.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, stock transfers, and physical inventory preparations.
