Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an Inventory Associate to support inventory control across front-end and pharmacy. You will review counts, receive shipments, price updates, and manage returns to maintain on-hand accuracy.

In this role you will engage customers, help resolve issues, and assist with store-opening/closing tasks when needed. A focus on compliance, product availability, and efficient stockroom management is essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability and accurate planograms.
• Open/close duties including cash handling when required.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings.
• Assist with pricing, discounts, and signage.
