Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an Inventory/Operations Associate to support store and pharmacy inventory processes, pricing, and reporting. You will handle receiving, counting, and pricing, ensure planogram accuracy, and assist with vendor returns and recalls.

You will also help maintain stock counts, support front-end operations, and participate in the pickup program while coaching team members on inventory best practices. This role requires attention to detail and flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory SOPs across store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing.
• Manage front end and pharmacy asset protection; file claims for overages/shortages.
• Open/close the store with cash handling and cashier responsibilities when on duty.
• Scan deliveries, perform One Box receiving, and correct orders with vendors.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings and inventory activities under pharmacist supervision.
