Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a store associate to execute and monitor inventory best practices across both front end and pharmacy.

You will support receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, and planogram validation to ensure on-shelf availability and accurate on-hand balances. The role also covers opening/closing duties and cash handling where required, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices for store including front end and pharmacy.
• Manage inventory processes: receiving, counting, ordering, returns, pricing and planograms compliance.
• Open/close store as required and handle cash handling when designated.
• Engage customers and deliver a positive, proactive service experience.
• Oversee warehouse and vendor inventory management and drive on-shelf availability.
