Job summary

Walgreens in Trevose, PA is seeking an Inventory Support Associate to execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices across store operations, including front end and pharmacy. You will manage receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms, while ensuring accuracy in reports and stock levels.

You will also engage customers, resolve issues to ensure a positive experience, and coach team members on inventory processes, including scans, vendor orders, and price changes.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal) or one year of prior retail work experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes.
• Scans deliveries and manages one-box receiving.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments are posted and reports shortages or damaged products.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end for planogrammed departments and vendor returns.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts in store, stockroom, and on-hand quantities.
• Supports front end and pharmacy ordering and price changes, including regulatory pricing tasks.
