Job summary

Walgreens is seeking anInventory Associate to support both front-end and pharmacy inventory, ensuring accurate counts, pricing and timely order fulfillment. You will monitor wholesale deliveries, execute shelf availability, and assist with recalls and vendor returns under pharmacist supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Achieving expectations rating on last performance review and no written disciplinary actions in the previous 12 months.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Champions On-Shelf Availability and manages planograms accuracy and pricing.
• Verifies postings for pharmacy shipments and reports shortages or damaged product.
• Performs On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes including disposals and vendor returns.
• Assists with pharmacy recalls, vendor returns, and inventory audits under pharmacist supervision.
