Job summary

CFS is seeking an Inventory Operations Coordinator in California to support daily inventory processes and ensure accurate stock records. You will handle transfers, POs, receipts, and ERP data, while collaborating with purchasing, receiving, and logistics teams to maintain inventory integrity.

• 2-5 years of inventory processing or management experience.
• Experience in high-volume inventory environments.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily inventory transactions including transfers, allocations, purchase orders, receipts, and fabrication activity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, costs, locations, and related ERP system data.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Manage consignment inventory and prepare regular inventory usage reports.
• Review and code invoices to ensure accurate inventory costing and adjustments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, and freight providers to support inventory operations.
