Job summary

CFS in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to own daily inventory processes and maintain accuracy across multiple locations. You will work with purchasing, operations, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data.

The role offers a full-time schedule with overtime as needed and a comprehensive benefits package. ERP system experience and a track record in high-volume environments are essential.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of inventory processing, inventory control, or inventory management experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume inventory environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory-related transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily inventory transactions including transfers, allocations, purchase orders, receipts, and fabrication activity.
  • Maintain inventory data within the ERP system, including cost adjustments and location updates.
  • Reconcile consignment inventory and prepare recurring inventory usage reports.
  • Generate and distribute inventory reports to support operational decision-making.
  • Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
  • Manage open purchase order reporting and coordinate with purchasing and logistics partners.
