Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager 2 for Inventory Movement to drive data-driven improvements across transfers, returns, and RTVs within the Nordstrom network. You will own KPI measurement, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused features.

You will partner with UX, Research, Engineering, Stores, and Supply Chain & Returns Operations to translate requirements into actionable specs and to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or equivalent experience with technology, ecommerce, or supply chain/logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles, including a/b testing and end to end system integrations.
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with Analytics, Engineering, User Experience, and Supply Chain & Store Operations.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor KPI performance for product epics and specific features.
• Develop improvement plans for KPI degradation across inventory movement flows.
• Leverage internal KPIs and operational data to identify and implement feature opportunities that improve how inventory moves across the network.
• Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and annual backlog.
• Partner cross-functionally with UX, Research, Engineering, Stores, and Supply Chain & Returns Operations on feature design.
• Work with engineering during feature development to ensure feature objectives are maintained across upstream and downstream systems.
• Partner with cross-functional business and product teams to translate requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
• Develop a/b testing plan with analytics.

Job Description

The Product Manager 2 - Inventory Movement is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs and delivering key features, functionality and programs for Nordstrom. Within Inventory Movement, this means the systems and processes that move product across the network — including transfers, returns, and RTVs — from origin to destination. Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, product managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

A day in the life…

Work with manager to develop the following;

• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering, User Experience, and Supply Chain & Store Operations
• Comfort navigating ambiguity across complex, multi-system operational flows
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$121,500.00 - $188,500.00 Annual
