InterMetro Industries seeks a Materials & Inventory Supervisor for our Wilkes-Barre Manufacturing Plant. You will lead the Materials & Inventory Department, ensuring on-time delivery, managing inventory, and optimizing material flow and costs.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with IT for inventory system enhancements, and drive KPI-based improvements while maintaining compliance and a strong ethics program.

Qualificações

• High school diploma and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Materials and Inventory Management, Supply/Demand Management, Supply Chain process and procedures, and Oracle/Gains systems experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain appropriate quantities of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure on-time delivery.
• Direct ordering, movement, storage, and processing of inventory.
• Monitor forecasts, quotas, and production capacity to ensure material availability.
• Define and implement KPI’s for material and inventory performance.
• Oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Manage interplant shuttles and shipments to Distribution Centers.
• Promote and ensure 5S principles and cost controls.
