You will lead inventory accuracy programs, cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits, partnering with Receiving, Shipping, Quality, and Operations to maintain reliable inventory records and reduce discrepancies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems; Oracle strongly preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and related records.
• Lead cycle counting, reconciliation, audits, and process improvements.
• Coach and supervise Inventory Control staff.
• Monitor inventory transactions and collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for performance improvements.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
